1. General Information
Pup Art UK specialises in custom pet portraits and original artwork. All artwork is crafted by hand and printed on premium archival paper. Every order is unique, and due to the nature of custom artwork, each piece may vary slightly from the reference images provided.

2. Commissioned Artwork
When commissioning a portrait, you agree to provide a high-quality reference photo to ensure the best results. Commissioned artwork is created based on the details and preferences discussed prior to beginning work.

  • Revisions: Minor adjustments may be requested during the approval process. Significant revisions may incur an additional fee.

  • Ownership & Usage: Pup Art UK retains the copyright for all commissioned artwork. Clients receive a high-quality print of the commissioned piece but do not own the rights to reproduce, distribute, or resell the artwork without written permission.

  • Lead Time: Custom portraits typically require 2-3 weeks for completion. Timelines may vary depending on demand and complexity.

3. Product Descriptions & Colours
While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, slight colour or texture variations may occur due to display settings and print processes.

4. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full to secure a commission or complete an order in the shop.

  • International Orders: Purchases from outside the UK may be subject to additional customs fees or duties. Clients are responsible for any such charges, which are not included in the purchase price.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders within the UK include free shipping. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Packaging: Prints are carefully flat-packed in durable, reinforced cardboard packaging.

  • Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery is 3-5 business days within the UK. International delivery times vary by destination and will be communicated during checkout.

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will work to replace or repair the piece where possible.

6. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, returns and cancellations are not accepted once work has begun.

  • Shop Orders: If you are not satisfied with a non-commissioned print, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the artwork. Returns are accepted for a full refund or exchange, provided the print is returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.

7. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is protected and will only be used to process your order, communicate updates, and provide a high-quality service. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All artwork and content on this website, including text, images, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Pup Art UK. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any content without permission is prohibited. Purchases grant clients the right to display purchased artwork for personal use only.
